The association should follow the following conditions:-
(a) Organizing national and international sports competitions or international meetings or conferences related to sports in Nepal with the approval of the Council (b) Conducting, conducting sports-related programs under the constitution of the association (c) To keep the accounts of his income and expenses in accordance with the prevailing law,
(d) To audit the annual income and expenditure of the Association regularly and to publish the audit report and to inform the Council along with a copy thereof,
(e) The association itself should organize at least one national level competition in a year (f) To provide related records during the examination of accounts and accounts by the Ministry and the Council,
(g) Periodical election of officers of the association in accordance with the constitution of the association,
(h) To obtain the consent of the Ministry of Finance of the Government of Nepal through the Ministry on the recommendation of the Council when receiving assistance from international associations, organizations or individuals,
(i) sending members or athletes to participate in international sports competitions with the approval of the Council,
(h) Sending members or players to participate in sports-related trainings, meetings, seminars, seminars or conferences held at the international level after informing the Council. But if the government of Nepal incurs additional financial burden, it will have to take the approval of the ministry.
(k) Consent of the Ministry should be obtained while entering into an agreement with any foreign association on matters related to sports,
(l) To inform the Council of the assistance received from the Association, Federation or Olympic Committee relating to the Games,
(d) Complying with the instructions given or determined by the Ministry, Council and Committee from time to time.
